In this event, Lindsay Binette of The Wavy Brain will invite participants to slow down and reflect on how their unique brain works and how greater self understanding can support more sustainable, grounded ways of working and leading.

Participants will leave with clearer insight into their strengths, a better understanding of what supports their focus and energy, language they can use to advocate for themselves in any situation, and tools for continued self-discovery after the workshop.
